ENSTA Alumni is a member of G16+.
In this context, ENSTA alumni are invited to a meeting with Marie-Pierre Rixain, MP for the 4th constituency of Essonne, for a privileged discussiondiscussion on the law she introduced and pushed through on December 24, 2021, aimed at reinforcing equality between women and men in the workplace.
This event will take place on Tuesday October 14, from 6:30 to 9:00 pm, on the emlyon business school campus in Paris.
Round-table discussion, on the theme of women's access to executive committees: challenges, solutions, best practices, experiences.
Moderated by Pierre-Yves Ginet, journalist, author and expert on gender equality issues and member of the French High Council for Equality between Women and Men, this round table will feature contributions from Marie-Pierre Rixain and also :
- Stéphanie Cau, EVP communications, Public affairs, CSR, member of the COMEX of Suez
- Chloé Andriamihaja, representative of Grandes Écoles au Féminin (GEF)
- Didier Michaud-Daniel, Executive Chairman of the Pluxee Group, former CEO of Bureau Veritas, Board member
For French companies with at least 1,000 employees, the Rixain law requires 30% women by March 2026 and 40% by March 2029, separately for the two groups of executives "Comex or Codir" and "Cadres Dirigeants".
