Videoconference "Accessing a board of directors" : round table and networking

The Rendezvous Whats4u combine thematic roundtables and networking in all sectors, for an enriching and convivial moment between associations on Zoom.‍

Whats4u brings together Bruno Guillemet (Senior Advisor and Independent Director), Claire Mayeux (President and Founder of Pulse and Impact Advisory) and Nathalie Romang (Investor/Independent Director) for a videoconference on Tuesday December 9 from 6:30 pm to 8 pm: They'll give you the keys to joining a board of directors, then be on hand to answer your questions.

This free round table on Zoom will be followed by a networking session to exchange contacts across all sectors.

After studying law and attending CIFFOP, Bruno Guillemet began his career in 1984 with the Sacilor group. From 1989 to 2004, he joined the Danone Group, where he was successively HR Director for fresh products, HR Director for Evian and Volvic, before being appointed Group Social Policy Director in 2001 and finally HR Director for the Americas, based in the USA. In 2004 he was appointed HR Director of Alstom Transport, then Group HR Director in 2010. He joined Valeo in October 2015 as Group Executive Vice President Human Resources until his retirement in 2022. He has been a director of a family-owned company since 2017 and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. He is also a director of Solocal (a listed company) and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, a member of the Remuneration Committee for the Rugby World Cup, the Paris 2024 Olympic Games and currently the French Alps 2030 Committee. Bruno works for Platform Solutions CEO, which provides consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses.

Claire Mayeux, a graduate of Edhec business school (Master's degree 2001), has a passion for uses and technological breakthroughs. She has been a manager in France and the USA in the automotive industry (Groupe Renault) and in tech (Meta ex-Facebook) for over 20 years. Since 2022, she has been supporting companies and their leaders, from small businesses to major corporations, through her consulting company, Pulse and Impact Advisory, dedicated to transformation and adaptation to today's poly-challenges (technological, environmental, geopolitical) combined with responsible performance. Alongside her operational duties, she has been an independent director (EM Lyon certified) since 2016 (MOBIVIA, VIA ID, BOULANGER, VALIUZ, LOCALA). She is committed to sustainable and robust business models (B Leader France, Board Impact Forum) and also certified in "Leading with Data & AI" from Ecole Polytechnique Executive.

Nathalie Romang is a founding partner of Neovara LLP, an independent investment manager specializing in private credit investments, including mezzanine finance and related private equity instruments in Europe. She set up the company in 2010 to take over the management of Lehman Brothers' European mezzanine business and oversee the execution of its investments. As a finance professional, Nathalie sits on several boards, including as a non-executive director of collaborative salary data provider Emolument and customer experience and employee consulting platform CXB Hub. She also devotes part of her time as a trustee to non-profit organizations. Nathalie runs the HEC UK Governance Club and is a former President of the Reform Club, the prestigious private club in London's Pall Mall.

‍19H15-20h: NETWORKING ALUMNI, all sectors

Whatever your sector, extend the Rendez-Vous in networking mode. Participants will be randomly divided into small groups of 3 or 4 alumni for a quick presentation and exchange of contacts, in sessions of around 15 minutes: an opportunity to make unexpected and rewarding encounters.
