ENSTA Alumni is pleased to announce the award of a 10K€ grant to Crack in the wall as part of the Crocos Entrepreneurship program. Crack in the wall is a climbing gear brand offering innovative, neograder-oriented equipment based solely on European industry.

Introduced by its CTO Nicolas INZERILLI (class of 2025), currently enrolled in a business creation program at ENSTA.

"We're delighted to have made several important advances in the development and industrialization of our products. Our first flagship product, the Silent 1.0 climbing harness, is currently being industrialized by our partner MKM Couture. They have just finished 5 prototypes, which have been sent to the Quintin Certification organization to undergo standards testing for EN12277 certification. Once certification has been obtained, we'll be able to launch a pre-production run with MKM's Slovak branch. The 10,000 euro grant we received as part of the Crocodile Entrepreneurship program enabled us to pay for the hours of the design office and the certification body.

We are making progress on the climbing bag prototype, which still needs a few aesthetic modifications but is already structurally satisfactory. The product is scheduled for release in October 2025.

Our partner for the development of All Triangles climbing shoes will present us with the first prototypes at the end of the month.

Finally, we are in the process of finalizing a Pré-Seed Friends & Familly fund-raising operation, which will enable us to finance all the above-mentioned (and other) development projects. Our lawyers are also in the process of finalizing the drafting of the BSA-Air contracts, which will enable us to set the company's valuation at between 2 and 10 million euros in 3 years' time."
