Commitment!
The Journées Nationales de l'Ingénieur (National Engineering Days ) are fast approaching, an opportunity for everyone to promote the role and importance of engineers in meeting the various challenges facing our society.
Firstly, the third session of the Student Scientific Convention on Hydrogen , launched by our dynamic Comité Jeunes Promotions, a daring initiative that putsthe spotlight on hydrogen as an energy carrier. Hydrogen, as an energy carrier, opens up exciting horizons for our field, and this convention is an ideal platform for sharing innovative ideas.
At the same time, IESF is a partner in the " Ingénieuses '24 " operation , launched by the Conférence des directeurs des écoles françaises d'ingénieurs to promote gender equality in scientific training and engineering careers. Equity and diversity are fundamental values for our association, and this operation illustrates our commitment to a future where everyone has an equal place in the world of science and engineering.
The commitment of young people and gender equality, a wonderful source of inspiration which we can only hope will be embodied in the candidacies for the partial renewal of our Board of Directors .
Bernard Cathelain, President of IESF

Collection des grains de la Fondation UNIT : "Propagation des ondes mécaniques " Mechanical waves are part of our everyday environment: string vibrations, sound waves, surface waves... They share much in common with electromagnetic and electrical waves. This course will focus on the case of one-dimensional (1D) waves, mainly "non-dispersive" waves whose superposition forms signals that propagate without deformation. | TOULOUSE INP .
